Best Western Plus Fresno Inn

Great location that's central to just about everything in Fresno. The rooms are clean with staff readily available. The service was beyond reproach. Everyone was amazing with genuine smiles and courtesy. I needed help with something and I asked a woman in the lobby about it and she hurried to get everything I needed. I came to find out that she was already off the clock but still at the hotel. She didn't find someone else. She didn't skirt my needs even though she was off. This kind of service is why I will always return to a hotel. From now on, this is the only place I will stay when I'm in town.

Good value for money. Good breakfast options with tight space for sitting. Helpful staff. Easy parking. Bathrooms need better ventilation and mold can be seen on the top of the walls near the ceiling.

i was almost sleeping and everything was perfect until the fire alarm went off i was half naked and i had to go outside because the lady in the alarm told me to strangly it was only our room having the alarm going off so we went to the reception to tell them to turn it off and they said it happens frequently and it’s because of the dust in the airco. really weird reaction

Last night's stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms and lobby were good. I kicked off the day with a morning workout at the gym and a refreshing swim in the pool. The overall experience at the hotel was truly nice . Looking forward to exploring Monterey next!

Overall, this location is clean and the service is efficient and friendly. The rooms are fine and what you’d expect from a BW. The only issue I had was the shower water temperature is hard to control. The valves have a pretty large delay from when you set it to when the temp changes. I can only assume this is a side effect of using eco friendly shower heads, which is evident by the lower than usual water pressure. Other than that, the stay was fine and worth the price.

What a fantastic stay! Our room was great, very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially want to highlight the breakfast, which was truly exceptional and better than what we've had at many other hotels. We had no issues checking in late, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon!

Room was clean and breakfast was good! location was perfect around lots of different food and shopping close to Fresno state. Will stay again..

I can't say enough good things about our stay here. Expedia had caused an error in our booking but Darlene straightened it out for us. She was so kind, friendly and patient and purposely gave us a quiet room. Even tho it is a busy street we never heard any outside noises. Beds & pillows were SO comfy with coverlets being the perfect weight. Spotlessly clean throughout the facility. Breakfast was amazing with such diversity. Hot foods and healthy options. Great fitness center. The rooms were set at 66 degrees which made for perfect sleeping! I highly recommend this BW.
